Great hotel, the establishment is incredible. Slides worthy of a water park. What I remember most about this hotel is the employees. People with big hearts and very welcoming. the receptionist always with a big smile asking us if everything is going well. waiter bartender cook you are a top team! This is why I will return to this hotel. best for last, the animation team with whom I spent the most time. between the laughs, the dances and their atmospheres. it's a wonderful animation team. for children and adults alike. it will remain engraved in my heart. ABID, MANO, EMILY DE DEUTSH, EVA, GUERO, TOM

This hotel could not be faulted, we stayed for 2 nights and then decided to book another 2, unfortunately we had a emergency and needed to cancel the second booking, (family issue no fault of the hotel), the night manager and reception staff were amazing and cancelled the booking with no charge. Food was very good, something for everyone's tastes. Room was clean with a good view of the pool area. Staff were pleasant and professional and attended to all guests very quickly. Excellent value for money and I would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you

I was on holiday with my wife and 8 years old daughter. During our stay the hotel was not overcrowded what we appreciate. Our room had perfect view on resort and see. There were a lot of opportunities to use any swimming pool and facilities including restaurants not only in our Hawai Riviera Hotel but also in the very next Hawai Le Jardine Hotel. The whole Staff was very friendly and people from reception especially Ghaly were helpful in any case of wishes or problem those we had. Our housekeeping guy Koma was really good and polite.

The hotel had a variety of swimming pools which catered for different people . The staff were all friendly and helpful and kept the hotel clean at all times . We booked a massage for the family and Malieka was the absolute best ! The location was ideal and central to book taxis and we felt safe whenever we had to board a coach to go sightseeing as the security at the entrance would check the details of the driver first . The restaurant on the ground floor served a variety of delicious food and it was a great dining experience.
